At Mountain Time, we offer two services. Property Management protects your home when you’re away through inspections, vendor coordination, seasonal care, and 24/7 emergency response. Concierge Services elevate your time while you’re here: airport transfers, grocery stocking, dining reservations, and more. Most of our clients combine both, so their home is always cared for and their stays are effortless.
What is included in the Basic Property Management Plan?
Our Essential Plan (starting at $200/month) is the foundation of great home care in the Heber Valley. It includes bi-weekly home inspections and preferred concierge access. Add-ons include 24/7 emergency response, vendor oversight, reservation & key holder management, vehicle service coordination, seasonal home prep, & snow removal oversight​, and secure package delivery.
Can I book services without a plan?
Yes, but most clients choose the Essential Plan because it guarantees priority service, faster response times, and cost savings.
Why should I choose Mountain Time over other companies?
We’re not a large, impersonal management company. We’re a local husband-and-wife team who live here, own property here, and personally oversee every home we manage. We know the vendors, the seasonal rhythms, and the unique challenges of mountain living—and we treat your home as if it were our own.
Where do you provide services?
We serve homeowners and vacationers in Heber City, Midway, Park City, and the surrounding Wasatch Back. Concierge services—such as airport transfers—extend to Salt Lake City (SLC), Provo, and Heber Valley airports.
Do you work with both full-time and seasonal residents?
Yes. We provide support in all seasons, including winter storm checks, summer landscaping, and holiday preparation; ensuring your home is cared for year-round.
Are you insured?
Yes. Mountain Time and all partners are fully insured, so you can trust that your property is protected at all times.
How do you store keys and access codes?
All keys are stored in a secure, locked system, and access codes are kept in encrypted files. They are only shared with approved vendors on a need-to-know basis, ensuring the security of your home.
