Our Story
We're Kenady and Trevor, the proud owners of Mountain Time Utah. Our journey began right here in Heber City, where we've built our own lives and home. As local homeowners ourselves, we quickly realized the unique challenges and needs that come with owning property in this beautiful, yet demanding, mountain environment. From coordinating reliable maintenance to ensuring a warm, welcoming home for ourselves and our guests, we've navigated it all.
This firsthand experience sparked an idea: what if we could offer a trusted, personalized service to other second homeowners and vacationers who simply want to enjoy their time in Heber without the stress of property oversight? And so, Mountain Time Utah was born.

Trevor Pollock is the co-founder of Mountain Time Utah, bringing a background in consulting and a passion for thoughtful, detail-driven service to the business. A lifelong skier and outdoor enthusiast, Trevor also pursues his creative side through drone videography, capturing the beauty of the Wasatch. At home, he’s a proud cat dad to two resilient tripod cats, who remind him daily of the importance of adaptability and joy in the little things.

When she’s not working with clients, Kenady can be found skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring local markets.
